Greetings from the Association for the Advancement Cost Engineering International
Dear colleagues!
The International Conference of Project Management PMSOFT is included in the worldwide events which are supported by the Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering International. Our colleagues in PMSOFT, Group of companies are unconditional providers of the modern and actual techniques accepted in the field of project management and controls and are internationally recognized for their systems and support.
For 8 years we have worked together in the development of «the cost engineer» profession in Russia. It has been gradual transition to perception the quantity surveyor as a person, who’s not only responsible for definition of the project cost, but also is an able to actively manage the program.
Today we see the reality of the separation of economist and cost engineering as a high-grade development of this specialty. Only through the efforts of my colleagues from PMSOFT working with many firms and the continued influx of international companies utilizing these skills, we can see and identify this trend of progress.
The Project Management Conference is one of the most effective and popular ways to inform professional community about the modern lines, techniques and the practical receptions generated in different specialties. In these times which are still impacted by the financial crisis, the ability for companies to train their personnel comes at a premium, but is proven to improve productivity and efficiency of the employees and cost benefit of the firms.
